Please note during the cold winter months, our olive oils can sometimes freeze during transit and cause some of the natural waxes to separate from the oil, causing some cloudiness or floating particles. This is completely normal and does not impact the quality of the olive oil in any way. To thaw, simply leave the olive oil in room temperature. Do not in any way warm up the olive oil in a microwave or put it in direct sunlight. Olive oil is best stored in a cool dark room to preserve its life and quality.

I am reordering already

The fig jam is delicate and flavorful. Not sweet, refined. My friend is a chef and he has asked for the re-order as I shared the first fig jam with him. Wonderful to share a rare fine flavor with someone who appreciated it.

Orange Marmalade Jam

I bought the jam bundle earlier this year and left a review about the orange marmalade lacking flavor but I planned on using the rest of the small jar BUT the jam got moldy while refrigerated. I opened the jam this morning for my toast and discovered a jar full of mold. Why I don't know since it was kept cold, lid on tight, only clean utensils used in jar etc.; too late for refund. The fig jam is in great shape. Disappointed in this product but happy with all my other purchases from the TMD.

good tasting jams

These are good tasting jams but the orange marmalade needs more orange flavor/taste but was great in my orange chicken recipe. The fig jam is also great tasting on a PB/J sandwich and mixed with Greek yogurt. Both jars are small and not a good bargain for the price but I wanted to try them; glad I did for the taste experience but I won't buy again.

I am sorry, Suzy, I would love to get my hands on that jam, but it was delivered to my front door, the day that I left to travel back east. I’m still in my travels, but I do know that package is waiting for me. I will say you have inspired me with all your recipes, which I have printed out, to be a much closer adherent to the Mediterranean way of eating. Thank you for checking in with me, and I’m really looking forward to those jams plus the lentils and other grains that I purchased.
