  4. Damaged Product: If your product is damaged, please send a picture of the damaged product in your email. Our customer support team may contact you for further information.
  5. Incorrect Address: If the shipping address is entered incorrectly in the order, we will not be able to send a replacement or issue a refund.
  6. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.
