Shipping policy
Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, they are automatically transmitted to our fulfillment center shortly after being placed. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, our warehouse team begins picking and packing your items.
Because of this, we are unable to guarantee changes, cancellations, or address updates more than 30 minutes after an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@themediterraneandish.com, and we'll do our best to assist if your order has not yet entered fulfillment.
Shipping Times
We typically ship orders within 1 business day of receiving it. Most of our packages will be shipped FedEx or UPS Ground and will be delivered within 3-5 business days, and may take longer due to sporadic carrier delays. Occasionally we ship via USPS if the packages are lighter in weight.
A shipping confirmation with tracking info is provided as soon as the order ships. Check you spam folder if you do not see your shipping confirmation, or feel free to contact us at sales@themediterraneandish.com.
Products ordered while on backorder will be delivered when they are received in stock and we will do our best to deliver the item by the estimated date. All in stock items will be shipped separately from backordered items.
At this time, we do not ship outside the United States, including military bases.
