At The Mediterranean Dish, we want you to have a great experience with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Products purchased directly from The Mediterranean Dish (does not include orders placed on Amazon) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened and in their original condition.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order at sales@themediterraneandish.com. Our team will provide instructions for returning eligible items.
Returning Your Product
If your product is eligible for return, we may ask you to send it back to us. Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer support team and package the item securely to help prevent damage during transit. Original packaging may be used when available.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please email sales@themediterraneandish.com and include photos of the damaged product. Our customer support team may contact you for additional information.
For damaged products, you may be eligible to receive either:

A replacement product, or

A refund for the product purchase price
If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Orders Placed on Amazon
If you purchased our products through Amazon, any issues related to your order—including refunds, returns, damaged items, missing items, shipping problems, or order cancellations—must be reported directly through Amazon. Refunds and return requests for Amazon purchases can only be processed through Amazon's customer service and return system in accordance with Amazon's policies.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Missing Packages
For reported missing packages, an investigation must be completed before a replacement or refund can be issued.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price, less any applicable shipping fees.
