HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?
Choose your favorite products that are eligible for auto-replenishment. On the product page, choose the Subscribe & Save option, select your delivery frequency then add product to cart.
HOW CAN I CHANGE WITHIN MY SUBSCRIPTION (I.E. PRODUCT, FREQUENCY, ETC?)
Subscriptions are easy to manage through our subscription portal. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, add a product, or cancel a subscribed product by visiting the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ section in your account.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription at any time! You can do so by logging into your account or contacting us at sales@themediterraneandish.com.
HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION PUNCH CARD WORK?
For every qualifying subscription order, you earn progress toward milestone rewards. When a milestone is reached, a free gift is automatically added to your next shipment. View your progress by visiting the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ section in your account.
WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A PUNCH OR FREE GIFT?
Qualifying orders are paid subscription shipments totaling $55+. One-time purchases do not count toward milestone progress. Orders receiving a milestone gift do not earn an additional punch. Progress resumes with your next qualifying shipment. View your progress by visiting the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ section in your account.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY FREE GIFT?
When your subscription has reached a milestone reward, the free gift is automatically added to your next subscription shipment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SKIP A SHIPMENT?
No worries! Pick up where you left off on your next subscription order. Skipping does not reset your progress. Milestones are based on completed subscription shipments.
