"This stuff is sooooo good! I made a boneless lamb loin roast and put a thick layer of this chermoula on the inside. On the outside a made a rub with equal parts sumac & Urfa Biber and a little salt in olive oil. Rubbed the outside of the lamb loin and roasted it. I served it with more of the Chermoula on the side. Excellent!Laurie A.
