Great jam, bad customer service
"I will say that the marmalade jam is delicious :-) It is not too sweet and you can really taste the orange in it. However, I received an order from this company of six jars and one was broken and there was jam all over the rest of the jars and broken glass. I contacted the company to let them know that I am visually impaired and I was not comfortable continuing to search through the box to look for other broken jars. They refused to refund my full order or send a replacement out for all six jars. The only offer that was made to me was to send out a jar to replace the one that was broken. I believe companies should stand behind their product and telling someone who is visually impaired to keep searching through a box that could have possible glass fragments is irresponsible and disrespectful. when I took that first jar out if I hadn't heard the glass rattle I would've had no idea and I would've opened it and probably cut my hand on it. I realize companies can't always control what happens once the jars are transferred to a shipping company but it's just disheartening to see bad customer service from companies like this who have great products but aren't willing to put safety above profit."
