Light olive oil

I purchased the oil because it was from Agrigento which is where my family is from. But I prefer an olive oil that is a little heavier.

As with all the other oils from Suzy, this one is fantastic. It’s got a buttery quality and a nice mildly spicy finish. Also reminiscent of oil in Italy from the grove. Good oil really does make a difference in your cooking as well as just good to taste as a dip or spoonful or drizzle

Too light.

I purchased because the olives were harvested in Agrigento which is where my ancestors are from, but I prefer a more robust olive oil. This one is OK for fruit.
