Ras El Hanout: A North African spice often used in Tunisian, Moroccan, and Algerian cooking. Ours is an all-natural blend of unique fusion of warm exotic spices including turmeric, allspice, cumin, ginger, and more.

Aleppo Pepper: Also known as Halaby pepper, aleppo pepper is a magical spice of fruity, tangy chili flakes. The mild heat gives off a raisin-like flavor or a sweetness akin to the best kind of sun-dried tomatoes!

Sumac: All-natural, quality sumac is a complex spice–stringent, sour, smokey, and earthy all at the same time! It is the perfect way to add acidity and color to your meals.

How to Use

Baharat: Try it with grilled lamb, stir it into stews for an added layer of comfort, or sprinkle it onto sauces and roasted vegetables.

Ras el hanout: Use it as a flavor-maker to give a wide range of dishes a bold Mediterranean flavor, including Pastilla (Skillet Chicken Pie), braised fish and chicken, lamb stew, couscous and more.

Aleppo pepper: Replace crushed peppers with Aleppo pepper for a sweeter flavor profile with lesser heat. Sprinkle on top of dips, like hummus, or on some feta cheese or eggs. And you can't go wrong with adding it to your grilled chicken wings, hot off the grill!

Sumac: It is a great way to add lemony flavor to dishes or rubs.
