It is mildly spicy. I would probably give it a 3 out of 10 level, but then this is relative. You’ll notice a bit of a kick when tasting directly, but the spiciness will be more subtle when used in cooking and when mixed with other flavors. It won’t leave you chasing your food with lots of water.

I purchased several of your spices, and love them. I really wish that you had recipe links on the product purchase page. I have your spices in my cabinet and I’m not sure how to use them. Real estate in my spice cabinet is valuable and I want every spice to be put to maximum use. If you posted recipes on the spice pages, we’d get a sense of just how much each spice can be used.

I truly love this Aleppo Style Pepper. I find myself thinking of it when I am in a restaurant imagining how good it would be on my omelet, or chicken, or salad. You really must try this if you like anything with a hint of pepper in it. It is my new obsession!!!
