Our smoky chilies, warm spice blends, Spanish olive oil, and tangy harissa let you build marinades, rubs, and dips from one box, so your wings, burgers, and snack spread taste unlike anything else at the party.

Include in the bundle:

  • Hojiblanca Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil: From Estepa in southern Spain. It's fruity with a slight bitterness and a peppery finish, and it stands up to bold marinades.

  • Urfa Biber: Also called isot, this chili comes from Şanlıurfa in southeastern Turkey. It's smoky and slightly sweet, and it's made for sprinkling on anything off the grill.

  • Baharat Spice Blend: Baharat means "spice" in Arabic. It's a warm, fragrant, all-purpose blend that's perfect for burgers, kofta, and grilled meats.

  • Organic Smoked Spanish Paprika: Made by smoking dried pimento peppers over an oak fire. It gives deep, rich smokiness to rubs, dips, and roasted potatoes.

How to Use

Harissa wings: Toss wings in 2 tbsp harissa, 2 tbsp Hojiblanca, and 1 tsp ras el hanout. Grill, air-fry, or bake until crispy.

Baharat burgers: Mix 1–2 tsp baharat into each pound of ground beef or lamb before forming patties.

Smoky dip: Stir harissa and smoked paprika into Greek yogurt or labneh. Finish with olive oil and Urfa biber.

Finishing touch: Sprinkle Urfa biber over burgers, fries, popcorn, or grilled corn.
