Our Pepper Bundle includes spices that range from mild heat to medium heat. This bundle comes with Aleppo Pepper, Urfa Biber, Sweet Spanish Paprika and Smoked Spanish Paprika. 

Mild Heat:
Aleppo Pepper: Also known as Halaby pepper, aleppo pepper is a magical spice of fruity, tangy chili flakes. The mild heat gives off a raisin-like flavor or a sweetness akin to the best kind of sun-dried tomatoes!

Sweet Spanish Paprika: Imported from Spain, sweet paprika is a mild chili powder made by grinding sweet red chilies after the seeds have been removed. It has a nice dark orange color and a sweet peppery aroma.

Smoked Spanish Paprika: Add bold and smoky flavor to your dishes with our organic smoked Spanish paprika. Made by smoking dried pimento peppers over an oak fire, then ground into a fine powder, our paprika adds an irresistible smokiness to your dishes.

Medium Heat:
Urfa Biber: To make Urfa Biber, chili peppers are harvested at the peak of ripeness. This time-honored chili spice boasts a medium lingering heat, rich wine-like flavor and a delicate hint of smoke.

    How to Use

    Aleppo pepper: Replace crushed peppers with Aleppo pepper for a sweeter flavor profile with lesser heat. Sprinkle on top of dips, like hummus, or on some feta cheese or eggs. And you can't go wrong with adding it to your grilled chicken wings, hot off the grill!

    Urfer Biber: Use this dark burgundy spice to add rich color and flavor to marinades, roast vegetables, homemade hot sauce, salad dressing, and more. A final sprinkle also makes for a beautiful garnish for dips like hummus, baba ganoush, and muhammara.

    Sweet Spanish Paprika: Add a layer of warmth and sweet flavor to meat, chicken, seafood, eggs and vegetable dishes. It makes a perfect flavoring for rubs as well

This is completely normal and does not impact the quality of the olive oil in any way. To thaw, simply leave the olive oil in room temperature. Do not in any way warm up the olive oil in a microwave or put it in direct sunlight. Olive oil is best stored in a cool dark room to preserve its life and quality.

    We typically ship orders within 1 business day of receiving it. Most of our packages will be shipped UPS or FedEx Ground and will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Occasionally we ship via USPS if the packages are lighter in weight.
