I haven’t had time to

"I haven’t had time to try the olive oil in many dishes yet but I did dip a couple of pieces of Italian bread in the oil and it was delicious. I steamed some Brussels sprouts and then sprinkled the sprouts with a bit of coarse sea salt and black pepper and topping it off with a nice swirl of the olive oil and it really enhanced the pepper flavor while bringing out the subtle background pea flavor of the sprouts! Looking forward to using the olive oil in many vegetable recipes."
